    These are the steps you can take to switch accountants:

    1. Make sure there is no legally binding contract with your current accountant. If there is, you will need to give them a certain period of notice.
    2. Inform your accountants that you will be moving. They will ask you to grant permission for all your information to be released to your new service provider.
    3. And that’s it! Your new and existing accountants do all the hard work between them, ensuring all the relevant information is shared. You can sit back and relax.

    Please don’t be concerned about switching accountants. If you are worried, we can provide you with a template letter notifying your current provider that you will be switching.
